Prof. Dr. Mostapha Diss has received a short term grant from the Humboldt program of the University of Bayreuth to study mismatches of the German federal electoral system.

He is a Professor of Economics at the Université of Franche-Comté in France and a member of the research center CRESE. His stay in Bayreuth is scheduled from 19th April to the 19th May 2020 and is hosted by Prof. Dr. Frank Steffen.
